Scholarship season means a pile of deadlines, essays and recommendation letters, a lot of them due in the same few weeks. This keeps all of it in one list that a parent and a student can both open, and it sends an email before anything comes due.

The first version lived in one browser. That turned out to be the problem.
The first version
- Everything was saved in one browser, on one device.
- A phone and a laptop showed two different lists.
- Clearing browser data could wipe it. So could Safari's own cleanup of sites you haven't opened in about a week.
- No reminders. You had to remember to check it.
What it is now
- Real logins and a shared database, so the list is the same everywhere.
- Invite a student or a grandparent by email and they see the same list.
- Every morning it checks the deadlines and emails everyone at 14, 7, 3 and 1 day out.
- Anything saved in the old version came across with a one-click import.

Where each application stands
Each scholarship moves across the board: Saved, In Progress, Submitted, then Awarded or Rejected. Every column shows its dollar total, so you can see how much is still in play.
What's due, and when
The calendar puts every deadline on the month. Anything overdue gets called out in red, so nothing slides past quietly.
Everyone on the same list
Invite someone by email and they share the same list and get the same reminders. Nobody has to forward anything.
What it is, and what it isn't.
It doesn't find scholarships. It keeps track of the ones you've found, and makes sure you hear about each deadline four times before it passes.
The data can leave with you. There's a CSV export on the list page.
