Emberwell ("Emberwell," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information emberwell.tech collects when you visit, and how it's used.
What this site collects
emberwell.tech is a static informational website. It does not run visitor analytics or tracking scripts, does not use advertising cookies, and does not include any on-site form that collects your personal information.
The only information we receive from you is what you choose to send us directly:
- If you email nick@emberwell.tech, we receive whatever you include in that message (typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
- If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling tool, not by emberwell.tech directly. Google's own privacy policy governs the information you provide there.
How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and, if you become a client, to deliver the services described in your signed service agreement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This site links out to Google's calendar booking tool for scheduling calls, and is hosted on Netlify. Both providers may collect limited technical information (such as IP address or browser type) as part of standard web hosting and scheduling operations, governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Emails and booking information are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or, for clients, for the duration of our engagement plus standard business record-keeping.
Your choices
You can always contact us directly to ask what information we hold about you or to request it be deleted, by emailing nick@emberwell.tech.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if we add analytics or an on-site contact form in the future — we'll update this page and revise the date above.
